Seamless Summer Lunch & Learn Series
The Seamless team hit the road for their annual summer lunch series in July. Our first set of lunches were hosted in Atlanta. As newcomers to the market, we were excited to host two lunches and learn about the area’s favorite corporate caterers in Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta. Some of the most popular were national chains such as Jason’s Deli, Chick-fil-A, Maggiano’s, and Au Bon Pain.

Our next stop was Boston! We are no strangers to the Boston market as we’ve been helping companies with corporate catering and office food needs since 2006. For our third year in a row, we headed over to Catalyst in Cambridge for a private lunch and presentation. Many members of the MIT community joined us for the event, and it was great to hear about what’s going on with the fast growing business community in Cambridge. As usual, the Catalyst team wowed us with their summer menu-
First Course: Mixed Greens, Pear Tomatoes, Shaved Fennel, Radish Verjus Vinaigrette
Second Course: Spit Roasted Chicken OR House made Rigatoni, Wild Mushrooms, Shaved Parmesan, Truffle Butter, and Arugula
Third Course: Chocolate Fondant OR Ricotta Cheesecake Mousse

For our third city, we headed down to Dallas, our second newest market. We hosted our first lunch in downtown at the Reunion Tower and loved chatting with so many of the people who oversee the food ordering for their office.
